Returning to Reading after the fiasco of Heavens Gate, Samurai were even more determined than ever, our anger fuelled by another team openly bad-mouthing us at HG.

Out for blood and to regain our position at the top of the league, we won our first two games against DeNovo and Snatch, before rolling over Cynergy Academy. We then lost a close game to Stealers AM and after lunch another loss after an epic battle with Outrage that almost went to time. We needed to finish ahead of Cynergy Academy on points, to get back to the top of the league, and remembering that went on to beat Trauma and Denovo.Our last game was against Trauma, and ran very close, we then dropped one of our flanks, leaving the remainder of the team wide open, and allowing Trauma the victory.

Yet in a very bizarre day, the majority of the teams had beaten each other, and limited their points allowing Samurai to take second place. Samurai also finished above Cynergy Academy putting us back on top of the league.

Also well done to Samurai MV for only dropping one game and taking second place at their second event as a team! (Only losing out on 1st due to ED).
